Healthy Mango Smoothies!

I would have to say my favorite fruit is the mango! They are so yummy! I like that they're not overpowering but have just the right amount of sweetness! (Oddly enough, I don't have much of a sweet tooth! I like making sweets more than eating them.)

Once again, my mother introduced me to a delicious recipe! She's been treating me to them all summer, and I definitely can't complain! They're relatively healthy too, so it's a perfect way to start your morning!

Yummm! (recipe below)




Mango Smoothies

2 Large peeled & cubed Mangos
1 Cup Dannon Vanilla Yogurt (or any brand!)
1 Navel Orange for juice

Fill blender with ice (about 2 cups), blend, and drink up!

Yummy! I can't wait to try this. To tell you the truth, I had my very first mango last year!!! Ahhh I've been missing out.
